SHIPPING POLICY
Dinie’s Closet LLC is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. We proudly offer shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
1. SHIPPING
Dinie’s Closet LLC uses different carriers to deliver packages once payment has been verified. The processing of the shipment takes 3-5 business days which excludes weekends and holidays.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you with the shipping carrier, tracking rate and the delivery time is a standard 7-10 business days.
All international orders are shipped through DHL transit within a period of 2-6 business days. However, the shipping rate depends on the location and the weight package. There will be no currency conversion therefore all payments are in US Dollars.
In the event the shipment delays for whatever reason and the package is returned to use, we will offer a refund minus the shipping fee. In the event the package needs to be reshipped, the customer will be required to pay the shipping fee once the package is delivered.
2. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Dinie’s Closet LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
3. RETURN
Dinie’s Closet LLC offers a return period of 7 days from the delivery date. The items should be returned unwashed, unworn with the tag attached. Dinie’s Closet LLC will not accept damaged returns. Kindly note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Any items marked for sale cannot be returned. Dinie’s Closet LLC will only issue store credit for returns. The said store credit takes 3-5 business days.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Dinie’s Closet LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the purchaser (tariffs, taxes, etc).
